Live Play Queue jhawk
Directs all playback to a more interactive play queue
Please note this addon is only compatible with 1.10a and greater, which is limited to the nightlies at this point.
Do you want every song you play to show up in the play queue? Did you love the old Now-Playing-List? Well, have we got the extension for you!
Live Play Queue causes all the tracks that you are currently viewing/would be played to be pulled into the play queue and played from there. When the play queue is live, it will become the center of your listening experience and all tracks will ultimately be played from the queue.
Live Play Queue supports shuffle, and tracks added while shuffle is on will be queued in a random order.

PS: Activate and deactivate through the dropdown menu underneath the play queue.

If i have the option to search in de Live Play Queue i would be very happy.
Because i have very large playlist, and instead of scrolling through the list, i really like a search option where you can search the song and play it after the current one, or directly
Ah i have a request too.
Would it be possible to add an option where the playlist is added to the queue and at the same time the song is already started?

Thanks for the comments. I'm not 100% clear on what you are requesting, though. Do you want, if a playlist is dragged onto the play queue, it to start playing that playlist? Would you want anything, when dragged onto the play queue to start playing immediately? Maybe only if the play queue was empty when you dragged onto it?

That sounds like a really interesting feature, but I think it's somewhat outside the scope of this project. Definitely could be done in another addon though.

I will try to explain it in more detail.
When i have a playlist opened and i click on a track on the playlist the whole playlist is added to the live queue.
But then i have to search again for the song i wanted to play.
So i would find it nice if when i click on a song in a playlist. The whole playlist is added, but at the same time the song i clicked on would be played.
I think there was an option in Now-Playling-List which did exactly the same.

Very nice. I missed the Now-Playing List and didnt understand the Play Queue anyway.
It's working good with Songbird 1.10a Build 1937.
