new version updated to run with Songbird 1.7.3.

I thought that the new service pane might cause some issues but I didn't find any. I've only had time to run a quick test - so let me know if you find any problems.

1st (alpha) release - Version 0.8.0.0 - is still incomplete. To do:

Stored page preview sometimes shows blank.

drag and drop
 cursor should change to indicate where page can/cannot be dropped
  media list view highlight should be 'drop on', not 'drop between' and status bar message should report success appropriately (when page does/does not contains media items!)

Faceplate
display favicon of stored page, where possible
drop/store to now playing item: faceplate should indicate success by showing icon immediately.
 
media list view context menu
 show 'Remove page from media item' & 'Delete stored page', enabled when there is a page on the media item.

Deleting stored page node from under Stored Pages should remove related files if not referred to elsewhere.
