updated to work with SB up to version 2.0

Still works OK !
Still has some look-and-feel issues to resolve!!

1st (alpha) release - Version 0.8.0.0 - is still incomplete. To do:

drag and drop
 cursor should change to indicate where text can/cannot be dropped
 
  media list view highlight should be 'drop on', not 'drop between' and status bar message should report success appropriately (when text does/does not contains media items!)

drop/store to now playing item: faceplate should indicate success
 
media list view context menu - show 'paste' & 'paste (as HTML)' options, enabled when there is text on the clipboard

auto paste cursor should indicate that a 'drag' is being performed

Write changed data to media item files.
