Provide an Album Artwork preference to toggle auto-fetching of album artwork
Description
Songbird 1.4.3 added automatic fetching of album artwork. For users on high-latency connections, you may experience lag if this is enabled. This add-on provides a preference to toggle this feature.
Once you install this addon, go to Preferences > Album Artwork, and you should see a toggleable checkbox to disable/enable auto-fetching of album artwork.

Doesnt seem to work on linux.

Things are getting worse! I don't know why, but on several install, this extension completely breaks the Artwork tab in the Options (no fechter is listed any more). It happens (but I have not tested in other cases) in French locale and when the Amazon and Gracenote fetchers are installed :(

Hi Steve
Thanks for this extension, we will promote it on GS ;)
A couple of glitches though:
-The new option does not appear the first time I open the option window, but only the second time
- and more important, no change is retained when pressing OK (or at least, visually, the box never gets checked!
