Version bump (1.8.0 - 1.9.0a)

Upgrade for context menu:
- disabled state checking if there is no skin for current feather.

Update for Purple Rain:
 - Repeat/Shuffle button is fixed,
 - Progress-bar fixing (high of spider on Simple Mode),
 - Progress-bar positioning is fixed,
 - Volume-thumb hover and active state is fixed.
 - font-style for artist, album is set to Tahoma for the better reading.

Feather support:
- Komodobird (
  - mouse cursor over volume-thumb and volume-bar is default now,
  - volume-thumb positioning is fixed,
  - main-background image problem fixed,
  - width of rating-stars image is fixed (and for Es and Concave feathers too).
- Es:
  - context-menu separator image problem is fixed,
  - context-menu background image problem is fixed.
- Ne+:
  - font-style for context menu is set to Verdana.

New possible settings:
- jump-to button is optional (you can set it to hide),
- context-menu style is optional (you can set it to hide),
- transparency (now you can enable/disable it),
- rounded corners (now you can enable/disable it).

- Appeared a small spider with seekbar function on Simple mode. (I wanted this since the first release just I had no time.)
- Jump to... button is the small spider from now on Full mode. (Suggested by Verso. Thanks!)
- Some reorganization on Full mode (shuffle/repeat, volume bar, track time, seekbar, ratings)
