Add a jump to button in the miniplayer
Description
Adds the Jump To window back, and a button to open it at the right end of the miniplayer
Release Notes
- Support for Songbird 1.7.3
- Imported the Jump To Window extension from Songbird SVN
- Lots of code cleanup and re-writing
- Button moved to before close button
- Support for Purple Rain style (fat) miniplayer
- Support for Gonzo 2.0

@Mook: Just one question: could you support the Medium Player too? (More Purple.)

@Hiromacu: I can't seem to find that addon; the only one I could find was More Gonzo (which is for Songbird 1.4.3, which this isn't compatible with). Could you provide a link / addon id please?

@Mook: Ehh sorry! I forgot that, I use the gonzo one it's just modified a bit to be more compatible to Purple Rain. But basically it's More Gonzo. Stupid me! X_X

can you please also bring back the former ctrl+j keyboard shortcut for this jump window ?

@xand: Hmm, odd, it seems to work for me. At least, I didn't think I removed it...

tested under SB 1.8 and 1.9.3 on linux Ubuntu 10.04 and the shortcut does not work neither in mini or standard player.

@Mook: Great! Good idea, but could you move the jump-to button next to the rating box before the close button (or before the miniplayer button if Pane Buttons add-on is installed), please?
