Me.dium’s my favorite firefox extension, I’m so glad it works in Songbird now. It looks awesome with the Rubberducky feather too.
So what happens when me.dium and Songbird team up? I’d say it’s similar to when Paul, John, George, and Ringo started making music together…..think cultural revolution. I have all my friends, all my music, and the entire internet all in one. R O C K O N
me.dium’s pretty rockin’. downloaded a little while ago and it’s cool on its own, but way better when you bring in a friend. it’s kinda like an IM client so having friends is when it starts to hum ’cuz you can see where your friends are online. way easier (and more fun) to find new music together. oh, and it looks tight.

Full disclosure- I work for Songbird. But that doesn’t mean I can’t get excited when someone goes and puts my music in the social graph. Between this, Mash-Tape and the Audio Scobbler Add-on I’m in heaven.
This one let’s me see what my friends are listening to right in Songbird. I’ve also got the Mash Tape Add-on running, and now the lines defining a Media Player have gotten pretty blurry.
I love the learning that has come to listening. When my friends play music I get turned on to new stuff, and when I play music, I learn more about what’s playing. Music Geek Paradise.

:( I upgraded to Songbird 0.5 and now I cant use Me.dium… Is there a planned update to fix this?
i get an error when i try to istall Me.dium
“Me.dium 3.1.2.6225sb could not be installed because it is not compatible with Songbird 0.5”
