corrected handling of special (accented) characters

changes to metadata of playing item cause refresh of display

'*' in file name list will get all art in artist folder - regardless of file name

better search for artist folders and files now matches different variants of the same name e.g. tracks with composer = 'Mozart' will get art from a folders 'Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart', 'Mozart, Wolfgang' etc. and v.v. (please email me to let me know how well/badly this works!)

art from all matching artist folders is displayed ([previously was just 1st)

check for valid name and extension when saving files now defaults to 'folder.gif'
local & web options now interact even more properly than before

The control buttons now appear on mouse over (after a delay) or on clicking the pane title bar; plus you can now save and delete images.

Saving Art
If you have set a directory in Now Playing Art preferences, and set Now Playing Art to search for artist art files and/or folders, then save and delete buttons will be displayed on images. You cannot store art in the muzPhoto directory with this add-on but you can use any other location.

On any image from the web; click on the '+' to save an image; click on the '-' to delete an image from display and, if local from your PC.: no other prompts or warnings!

Art Locations
Album art is saved in the same directory as the album tracks using the 1st file name and extension specified in Album Art preferences.

Artist art is saved in the first ticked location (other than 'muzPhoto'). The art is saves as a file with the artist's name or, if the Now Playing Art option to search 'in sub-folders with the artist name' is checked, the file will be given the 1st artist art file name and stored in a folder with the artist's name. Artist art is always stored with the 1st artist-art file extension.

If art already exists, clicking the save art icon will show a question mark; clicking the '?' will pop up a menu of icons:
a tick to save and overwrite the existing image (no other warnings given!),
a plus to save as an additional image; and
a cross to cancel the operation.

Also,
Click on any image's source icon (top left hand corner) to open the lastFM page for the artist; hover over the source icon to show the image's URI.
