-Updated to the Purple Rain base feather
-Google Chrome tab overlap - it definitely isn't what I wanted to do, but I also don't think it looks too bad... Please comment if you want me to revert back to what I had. (I need to spend some alone time with them to actually get it properly implemented)
-It took a while to update to the purplerain base, and I made some other refinements along the way - so I'm gonna go ahead and call this 1.0 ;-)

*Updated main gradient/color on window(titlebar,media-control-pane,toolbar,& navbar). (it flows a little better now i think - im still trying to get a dark blue titlebar to look good... i think its because its suppressed by tabs on Google Chrome)
*Updated buttons to match Chrome 3 look/behavior:

-Toolbar buttons dont show till hover as in Chrome
