*Updated for Songbird 1.4

I've been a bit busy lately so sorry for the lack of updates that this skin really needs.

Changes:
*LyricMaster Skin
*Column Headers have been reverted to the standard 15px to avoid image mapping errors
*Bumped max version to 1.3.0

>more centered the buttons (off by 5px before, now only 2px)
>fixed more-gonzo dependency issue
>cleaned up the track download experience
>created a downloading icon (APNG)
>set pane empty bg to a solid black (i'm not feeling artistic)
>shifted the stop button down 1px to be aligned with the reload button
>fixed mashtape tab (it really is a radiogroup) bg bug
>created a default favicon
>set the top and bottom borders of selected track to be drawn by border tag, so now the add-on window doesn't seem so weird
>made the volume wider
>change the media control pane context menu to show ratings and track time (controls are supposed to stay at the bottom anyways for this feather)
 
I may have had other changes. I lost my changes list, so that was ll off of memory.
