Great media-pane modifications, love the simple style of icons.
I've noticed one small problem in the Add-ons etc. menus: cannot read text on selected tab (because of the matching text and background colors).
Thanks for this one!

Focus is a new layout, and a new skin, that blends the communities love of dark skins, my enthusiasm of light gloss, and a little minimalistic inspiration. Focus is very early in development so it's likely there are bugs. Please report bugs if you find them.
Is anyone getting a bug where a sorted column header draws the background wrong? Please leave a comment if you do. I though i fixed but the bug, but upon a fresh install of Ubuntu, the bug came back, and i'm trying hard to fix it.

!!WARNING!!-
If you are using pane buttons addon, uncheck show/hide player controls in the preferences window. Once you hide the controls, the toggle button vanishes too.
Recommended Add-Ons:
Live Track-Time Slider
Pane Buttons (please read warning)
Developers:
This feather is completely open to examine, copy code from, or even build a skin off of it. But before you begin cracking open the xpi, remember that I'm not done with the skin or the layout. Once i am done, i will write a guide on building off of this layout.
Todo:
>Add a tooltip to the album art in the media control pane that contains a 128x128px image of the album art
>Fix bugs that you'll report :)
>Add pure player support (pure player support is postponed due to poor compatibility)
>Expanded volume and add a percentage notation
>add track time to the seekbar hover for efficient seeking
>Add a preferences menu allowing you to show and hide objects in the media control pane
>LyricMaster skin
>Grid View skin
>miniplayer skin (perhaps a new layout for that too?? maybe if someone posts a creative concept *hint* *hint*)
>Customizable background (images that rest on top of background will be transparent gradients for dynamic and fluid modification)

Wow, this looks fantastic. Great work!
I've just installed this theme, and I'm absolutely loving it, especially the centred play controls. Keep up the good work.
Amazing!! It seems like just a few days ago you had a GetSatisfaction topic suggesting that someone make a feather like this, and you've already learned to code one and made it yourself. I see you have an album art tooltip on your to-do list, but the album art doesn't show up next to the now playing song information for me, even though the song I'm playing does have album art. The only suggestions I have are to see if it is possible to make the volume slider dynamically expand when the Songbird window is enlarged, because it can look a little small when the window is very large. And also, it is hard to see the right-most box in the shuffle icon when it is not activated; at first, I thought it only had two boxes at first and was smaller than the repeat icon, but then I realized it wasn't.
@LIB53: Cool! An other great layout! I have to do a new one as well, but I'm not so good in coding. Anyway, now I do my StarCraft project! :P Keep up the good work. :)
Here is a screenshot of my Songbird with Focus:
http://picasaweb.google.com/tdmurphy/SongbirdScreenshots#5356520644794098850
The song that is currently playing has album art embedded, but the artwork is not showing up in the box with the eighth notes in it next to the currently-playing song information. I am assuming that is what that box is for at least; or is it just an icon for the currently playing song information? There is not album art there in your screenshot either, so maybe I just assumed too much about it. I'm running Songbird 1.2 in Mac OSX.
Another problem I am having is visible in the screenshot: the column header that the song list is currently being organized by looks strange. In the screenshot my song list is organized by Title, and the image it uses for the column header seems to stand out.
The brighter shuffle icon looks excellent though, and I'm glad to hear about the expandable volume slider.
Wow LIB53 you are truly amazing. The aero bird skins blew me away and this one raises the bar yet again. You're truly inspirational. I wish i used songbird again because this would definitely be my favorite skin!
Awesome feather, just got two little problems, the artwork isn't showing up in the left corner and I can't use the pane button when I'm in a playlist to hide the left menu. But otherwise a great fether love the centered buttons :D oh and btw I use Vista :)
I'd love to :( The only problem i have with it is it's memory footprint. It's improved alot i know but it uses a fair amount of memory since it's both media player and browser. I'll have to wait until it's a little lighter :)
great work LIB, that definitely shows that glossy goodness is not the only stuff you are good at =)
this is very cool indeed, and has a very rich quality fashion feeling to it. Especially the minimalist arrows, sliders and volume control are ace!
such a great concept, hope you polish it to perfection soon =)
i see i forgot to praise the genial progress bar.
LIB, I installed the More Gonzo add-on and the album art for it did work. The interesting thing is that the album art also showed up in Focus after installing More Gonzo. Perhaps some of the album art code in Focus is linking to some of the code in the More Gonzo add-on, so it will only work if you have both installed.
Also, if you ever need a screenshot of something specific in OSX, just ask and I will take one for you.
Very nice work, pane buttons and the album art now work :D
My favorite skin period. Has some issues with not being able to see some things, like rating stars and has no default working theme for lyricmaster. Besides the small issues, this really is a slick skin. I am sure it will only get better.
Cheers
@LIB53 You were right -.- but I can still fix it by rechecking the box that allows hiding the service pane :) so until you fix it I'll have to do that :P
Hey again LIB, I just noticed that the Personas for Songbird icon messes with the album art and song info, I figure the easiest way to solve that is to disable the addon since I don't use it with this skin anyways, but if you could throw in some CSS to move it over with the rest of the icons that'd be great. Also, the Last.fm plugin is hard to read with so much black, if you could skin that addon that'd be awesome. Oh, lastly, the lyrics button added by LyricMaster that's placed in the song list area on every song could use a makeover too. Love the skin, great work!
@LIB53
Nah, I totally get where you're coming from, I was feeling bored so I decided to give you some feedback on your skin. :D
Awesome work man, I tried Songbird before 1.0 was released. I am trying it out again 1.4.0b3. Seems promising. And your feather is the best for the Dark Ravens among us !! So I edited the install.rdf to run it with 1.4+. For the Focus lovers here is the link.

Looks fantastic - love the large centered player controls!
