Bumped version support to Songbird 1.9.
Sorry to wait so long. I didn't realize that there were still nightly builds of Songbird for Linux.
Quick release to up the version number maximum to support Songbird 1.4.
I didn't have to recompile anything, just upped the version and everything seems to be working. If you have issues, please post.
* Small changes for future compatability
* Added nonstandard "SetMetadata" method for setting *only* song ratings
** Enables future support for Panflute (https://launchpad.net/panflute)
Fixed few things that made it not work with dbus messages from KDE. Not sure if I fixed it in the right way, but it should work now.
Either I'm doing something wrong, which makes KDE send back a variable as blank, or it just sends it as blank and assumes the program will know what it wants.
I think I've fixed the random crashing problems that some people were having. Please comment if you still have issues!
Fixed a tiny bug I just introduced. The toggle for debug mode wasn't working quite hot it was supposed to work.
Added even more debugging info in debug mode and finally fixed the assert error that was occasionally coming up on startup of the extension.
Same as last release. I don't think packaged the right 32-bit file in the 0.1.2, oops.
Added a debug mode in the addon preferences. When enabled, the extension will print out a bunch of info about the steps it's doing in the background.
Initial release. I've done my best to fix all the bugs I could find. Now it's up to you guys.
I wasn't quite sure how to go about AddTrack and DelTrack, since Songbird doesn't necessarily always use playlists.
