Birdie came back! :)

There are two animated PNGs: (You can turn them off if you don't like.)
- seek-bar progress and,
- birdie icon.

Pure Player preferences for this skin:
- Animated images: Supported! (You can turn it off if you want.)
- Volume bar: Supported! (You can hide it if you want.)
- Shuffle/Repeat box: Supported! (You can hide it if you want.)
- Jump-to button: Supported! (You can hide it if you want.)

- Round window corners: Supported! (This skin contains version with rounded corners too.)
- Windows shadow: It looks good only if you turn off round window corners option.
- Own context menu style: Supported! (You can disable it if you want.)
- Rounded context menu corners: Supported! (You can disable it if you want.)
- Context menu transparency: Supported! (You can disable it if you want; it works only with rounded context menu corners.)
