Compatible with Songbird 1.2

Misc fixes:
- Fix for filter not being deleted on save
- Fix for gcal all day event
- Fix for formatting issue with certain album names

New:
- Added ability to filter on artist, label, and country
- Artist, Album and Label fields are now links. Clicking on them will search the allmusic.com database for further information. (thanks to the allmusic addons by aaronl and skosaurus on ideas for making this work)
  note: there is an issue with this feature for artists with non-english names and albums
