thats a nice start point! i actually think that the black vs light orange is pleasing to look at. i suggest you edit the minimize-close buttons and make them all orange, and keep the mac style buttons on xp too.

Nice summer edition of Songbird
- Menus are now black/white, just to make text more visible

Nice colors!
PS: 8 Updates in ~24 hours?! And I thought I'm doing too many updates *hint*hint* :-D
Wow how interesting. I started to create my second feather one week ago, and it's orange as like this feather. Funny! :D lol
I forgot to tell you something. You need to add the tag "feathers" if you want this to show up when people click "get more feathers". Actually, Maybe it's "feather". Just add both to be on the safe side :P
@ kjetisve: Very promising feather! I like it, but you should upload a release only when a part of code is finished. I mean for example the context menu looks strange, or pane header texts and statusbar text are unreadable.
Keep up the good work! :P

I like the warm colors quite a bit. Excellent palette selection. Now I'm not going to lie to you and say it's great, because it does have quite a few problems. I don't think you should have set the version to start at 1.0, but that was your decision. Things to fix:
>bg-main-menu.png causes the main-menu to not be readable (only for linux and windows i think). I suggest you set it to transparent.
>tabs aren't readable. they need to be black or something
>No hover or clicked effect on play/next/pause buttons
>Disabled items in the menu aren't readable
Don't give up on this feather! I think it's excellent for just starting.
