Well done. If I can vote for improvements, too: the ratings stars look like they were created with MS Paint. ;)
@martin_bighomer: Kakadue doesn't has a Pure Player-Skin right now. What you see & mean is a bug in the "Glossy"-Skin, which sometimes takes the background of the Feather (making it look like a ugly Kakadue-Skin. But it's not.). I will fix this soon.
Edit: the bug is in the Lavendel skin, not in glossy.

I absolutely love the PurePlayer, and I've actually already done a theme for it, but it still needs some work before release.
The ratingstars are involved in the "minor changes" which I'll fix asap.

I would add that, just as a personal preference, and I reiterate 'PERSONAL', I am not fond of the Rainbow background effect, but, besides that, the work you have done here imo, opens up a very sweet door to feathers you can make, that looks different in terms of the look and feel from what we have seen already. I really like the flat effect with the rounded highlight implementations.
SO many feathers just change the colors of the default songbird, whereas, this and feathers by atreiu, just kinda re-invent songbird's appearance.
Would you please consider an alternative as another feather, for those that 'may' have the same aversion to the Rainbow effect?

By the way, I rated this 5 stars, because though it may not suit me as is because of the Rainbow, it does not mean it does not deserve it, since it sets a nice standard, plus I also know that you are not finished, so it is upwards from here.

Thanks for the input and your objective view on my work, nice to know that even if you don't are very found of the result you still respect the effort behind it.
Since this surely isn't my last feather, what did you have in mind for "an alternative"? Something in the same style as Kakadue or maybe a completely different creation?

You know, this is part of my problem, which is why I cannot knock creations... I can help enhance after a baseline is presented, but the initial creation is where I am stumped. I suppose one could say that I lack creativity with regards to feathers:).. and other matters
If I was going to make a suggestion for another feather as a start, I would say same style as Kakadue.. make one MAYBE using more simple colors, yet keeping the rounded effects, though blend others colors as you see fit or feedback suggests.
Biggest thing for now I think, is to avoid changing the structure for the most part.

I may be out of place for suggesting this, but I am guessing that Atreiu would not mind... you could actually make versions of yabs and nabs using your structure.
OR,
Atreiu could make a version of his using your baseline. :) .. but it seems he has his hands full now.
If i am out of place, I apologize, and please note that I have a biased view on those two feathers, so what I suggest may not be worth its salt.

Atreius feathers are really good but I belive that we are using quite different styles when building feathers which would require that much effort to work it out.
And I too have a lot of things to take care of, especially updating Sparkle.
I'll do some 'casual' feathering for a while now to see if I manage to invent a new kind of style.
But as I said; if so, it won't be released for quite some time.

Love this feather but just thought I would let you know shuffle icon dosn't change when taking shuffle off.

The shuffle icon for this feather doesn't handle like some other feathers, instead of changing into two straight arrows the shuffle icon becomes grayed out when shuffle is inactive.
I love this Feather. However, I prefer to invert the colors. I think it brings out the detail you put into it remarkably more.

I've had a couple requests about a dark version of Kakadue, and even if this isn't a scheduled release it just might become reality when I have some time to spare.

Woah! I actually didn't know that, this is my oldest feather and was simply created by inverting the Prisma feather.
