Fixes a bug causing the url address bar to not update (removes some unused sample code).

Added new hot keys
Control+Shift+"_" = Decrease rating by one star
Control+Shift+Right = Increase rating by one star
Control+Shift+Left = Decrease rating by one star

repackage adding a file that was mistakenly omitted, may have been the cause of the shortcuts not working noted in the comments.
