Take 1 - Less contrasting Library rows.

I have a feeling I made this one a little too in between dark and light, cause I couldn't decide which way to go. (I made the darker row lighter). Please comment if this helped at all.

*Removed gloss in the scroll corner image
*added quite a bit of gloss to the media control pane bg (i really want to know if you like this change, because it's a big one)
*Aligned the media control bg gloss with the play/next/etc. buttons (used to be aligned with the faceplate)

*Stole volume controls from my Aero Bird Pro feather (twist:no thumb unless hover or click. It's still the hide and seek concept)
*made minimize button blue (it only made sense)
*more gloss on the bg selected node in service pane (this is "Glossy" Coat after all)
*added gloss to empty bg for display panes (i really want feedback on this)
