Fix playback of FLAC files that are above 96kHz.

In 1.0, FLAC files above 96kHz won't play. This addon should fix it.

I tried playing a 24bit 192khz file (from linn records: http://www.linnrecords.com/linn-downloads-testfiles.aspx), but I get the following error:

Error: GStreamer error: Internal data stream error. Additional information: gstflacdec.c(1256): gst_flac_dec_loop (): /player/uridecodebin0/decodebin20/flacdec0:
stream stopped, reason not-linked

OOPS - I had to delete %APPDATA%\Songbird2\Profiles\xxx.default\gstreamer-0.10\registry.bin
(from another thread). Now it works just fine. Thanks for the fix!
