Playlists now working, couple of bug fixes.

Bug fixed - changing between mini and full size player window causing exception.

Added button to disconnect from daap share

Bug fix's for Show Columns, date and time data formats corrected.

MediaList now maintains current playing track bar.

Data formats are a bit wonky (especially time and date), the playback view also needs to highlight the current track, as well as various other improvements.

Password's not supported yet.

Only compatible with Songbird 1.0.0rc1 (nightly build)
