Version bump and some layouts enabled

•Changed the nav bar buttons to be a bit more transparent and shiny. (Post a comment about it if you prefer the old way)
•enabled the button-clear-search.png image (Thanks to katana346 for pointing that out)
•added a background for when you drag items onto droppable topics in the service pane. (droppable is a word, isn't it?)

•Removed those ugly gray borders I had in the nav bar, window title bar, and media control bg images.
•Made the window title bar bg glossier.
•Resized the media control bg to 53px so it fits completely.
•Made media control bg slightly lighter.
•Changed color of the bottom corner resizers so it seems invisible.
•Changed the color of the button bg to more blue and less ugly green.

I doubt you'll notice any change, but those are things that bothered the crap out of me. If any minor thing bothers the crap out of you, then please report it. :)

Updated to 1.0. It's a not a finished update. It's just there because i know some people want this update.

DO NOT RATE THIS VERSION. IT IS INCOMPLETE!!!!

There's been a ton of changes so i might forget some stuff.
