Big update, some bugs might be on board!
Also some feathers might need an update, to skin the (new) buttons properly.
* 80% rewritten the code, to make it more efficient, especially for MiniPlayer/MediumPlayer/Pure Player
* Fixed some Errors.
* Changed the Layout of options.
* Added new Option: Show Equalizer-Button.
* Added Feature: The states of Service-Pane and Player-Controls should now be stable between restarts, feather-switches and tab-changes.
* Added danish Translation. (Thanks, Joergen!)
If you want to help with the translations, come to Babelzilla.
* Added support for two new Media Views: Album List and Grid View
* Media-View Buttons are now disabled, if you are not viewing any playlist.
* Added turkish translation (45%), updated russian translation (92%). If you want to help with the translations, come to Babelzilla.
@Translators: I got confused with the new WTS, and accidentally uploaded the wrong files. Now the progress-bars don't show the correct translation status anymore. Please search manually for empty fields in your translation. Thanks.
Added two options for the "Switch to Miniplayer" - Button:
* Alternative position in the Player Controls, for OSX or other native Titlebars. (requested by Angryman & mark32)
* Switch to Medium-Player instead Miniplayer. It only works, if you have "more Gonzo" installed AND if the feather you are using supports a Medium Player. Otherwise it switches to Miniplayer. (requested by billbrasky82)

Known Issue:
Currently it can rarely happen, that when you click a button for the first time in a session, the pane shows up and instantly hides again. Usually this happens in browser-view. Only some display-panes are affected (like mashTape). Just click again, and the buttons will work perfect for the whole session.
I didn't figured out, why this is happening, yet. I guess some display-panes use a different method to remember their state (shown/hidden). Any hints are welcome.
