Added the libnotify service to linux builds.
Updated the notification so it does not fire when track changes but Songbird is paused.
Windows, OSX, Linux (32 and 64bit) builds.

Some people have had issues getting this to work on Ubuntu, I think you have to install the libglib1.2 package, I hope to fix that in the future.

Changed to new C++ Service from JS Service, this allows compiling of SNARL and libnotify. Mac is the same otherwise. Windows will use SNARL if available.

Changed to the new media core and updated min/max version to 0.8/1.0

Added a notification near the end of the song as well, so you can see what you were listening to :).

Pending: Windows fixes, Linux libnotify, preferences.

Fixed so that it will display again.
Have not checked into the windows issues but will be doing that next.

Fixed issues with notification when skip on shuffle add on is installed.

Support for Growl and Snarl.

Future Features:
 1. libnotify support on Linux
 2. clean up the default alert window.
 3. Personalized display of content.
