Fixed ampersand escaping bug

Added support for the new executable location on linux.

0.9 is a rewrite that should fix all previous known bugs, with great performance improvements since I separated the scrobbling code into an XPCOM component. Thanks to everyone who has helped test this extension over the last few months!
